In the event of complaints, our service staff always endeavors to find an amicable solution.
If this does not happen to your satisfaction, you can contact our internal Complaint Manager at any time. Just send an email to cs.googostore@gmail.com. The Complaint Manager will advise you free of charge and help you formulate the complaint and examine possible solutions to the problem. Each complaint is thoroughly investigated with the aim of reaching a solution that is satisfactory for both the complainant and the service provider. You will receive written notification from the service provider as soon as possible and no later than six weeks after the complaint has been submitted. In justified cases, the deadline can be extended by up to 4 weeks.
