Tip
The higher the fat content of your milk, the creamier your froth will be. Make sure to use milk with at least 1.5% fat. Your froth will last particularly long if your milk (or substitute product) contains a lot of protein. For example, our vegan enerBiO Oat Barista is ideal for foaming .

With the IDEENWELT milk frother you can make the perfect latte macchiato: use a large glass and fill it with hot milk froth. Then add an espresso by slowly pouring it down the inside of the glass. This gives you the typical three-layer effect of hot milk, coffee and milk froth. Note the ratio of one third espresso and two thirds hot milk froth. Et voilà! Your perfect, delicious latte macchiato is ready. We recommend espresso beans with a long roast and a fine grind.
