We developed Frailex® musculo especially for people over 50. Scientific findings show that with increasing age it is particularly important to supply the body with sufficient high-quality proteins, certain vitamins, minerals and trace elements. That's why Frailex® musculo contains everything your muscles now need in addition to their daily nutrition: proteins rich in essential, branched-chain amino acids and creatine. Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D support muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. In short: Frailex® musculo contributes to the maintenance and build-up of muscle mass through proteins and can counteract age-related muscle loss. It also contains spinach extract, selected vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Protein amino acid profile: The protein content of Frailex ^® musculo is a high-quality whey protein isolate. The amino acids mentioned below are bound therein. An analysis of the breakdown of the amino acids from the whey protein results in the amino acid profile listed in the table below. Since it is a natural product, there are slight seasonal fluctuations.

• It is recommended to inform the doctor treating you about taking Frailex ^® musculo.
• People with known metabolic diseases, intolerances or allergies should consult their doctor before consuming Frailex ^® musculo. This is especially true for people with kidney and/or liver disease.
• The intake of calcium-containing medicines with daily doses of more than 500 mg calcium must be taken into account.
• Frailex ^® musculo should supplement the usual diet of aging people with relevant components. Therefore, it contains less than 1 percent fat and less than 4 percent carbohydrates . It does not in any way cover the individual energy requirements of the user.
• A balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.  
• The specified consumption quantity must not be exceeded.
• Regular physical activities are recommended that also use the coordination of movements.
• Irrespective of the consumption of Frailex ^® musculo, it is important to ensure that you have sufficient daily fluid intake. The recommendation of 30 ml of liquid per kg of body weight applies.
