Kucharek Przyprawa do Potraw Vegetable Seasoning Soups Meat Fish
Kucharek universal seasoning is composed of various dried vegetables and spices mixed together in ideal proportions.
Ingredients: Salt, Carrot, Parsnip, Potato, Onion, Parsley, Celery Root, Leek, Cabbage, Parsley Root, Tomato, Garlic, Sweet Pepper, Sugar, Black Pepper.
Use: For Soups, Bouillons, and Sauces, add 1 teaspoon (5 grams) for every 250ml and boil. For meats, Fish, and Salads add in pinches to taste.
Store closed in a dry and dark place.
Preparation and Usage:
How to use: for soups, broths and sauces add 1 teaspoon (5 g) for 1/4 litre of stock and bring to a boil; for dishes made from meat, vegetables and fish, as well as for those that are fried and roasted (also grill and barbecue) add it during dish preparation in the quantity reflecting own culinary preferences.
