Ingredients
LACTOSE , stabilizer hydroxylpropylmethylcellulose, filler mannitol, filler calcium phosphate, separating agent polyvinylpyrrolidone, melatonin, glazing agent shellac, separating agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, dye titanium dioxide, filler microcrystalline cellulose, separating agent silicon dioxide, glazing agent acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Consume 1 tablet with sufficient liquid shortly before going to bed. Melatonin should not be consumed in conjunction with alcohol.
Conditions of storage and use
Store dry and not above 25 °C. Keep out of the reach of small children.
Warnings
Children, adolescents, pregnant women and people suffering from liver, kidney or autoimmune diseases should not consume the dietary supplement. People who consume medicines should only consume melatonin after consulting their doctor or pharmacist. Melatonin should only be consumed for a short period of maximum 3 weeks.
The specified recommended daily dose (1 tablet) must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
