The omega-3 fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) play an important role in the body, for example for the functions of the heart, vision, brain and during pregnancy and breastfeeding , but the human body cannot produce them itself will. The Omega-3 EPA 400 from Sovita can therefore contribute to normal brain function. The capsules with fish oil can also support the normal maintenance of vision and contribute to normal heart function.
Larger amounts of omega-3 fatty acids are found in cold-water fish such as herring, mackerel or salmon. The omega-3 capsules from Sovita contain 800 mg fish oil per capsule (of which 400 mg EPA, 48 mg DHA). We recommend taking Sovita Omega-3 EPA 400 three times a day . So with 120 capsules per pack you get a 1.3 month pack.
