Recommended dosage :
Zell Oxygen® immune complex is a concentrate, so take 20-30 ml (2-3 tablespoons) per day, diluted with 200 ml of a drink of your choice, with or after meals, all at once or spread out, depending on your needs. We recommend taking it with apple juice.
