Recommended dosage:
take 2 film-coated tablets twice a day (morning and evening) with meals and plenty of water without chewing.
Note:
The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. People who are taking medication to lower blood pressure, thin the blood or increase potency should clarify whether they are taking arginine tablets at the same time with their doctor. It is also advisable to avoid taking arginine in the event of an acute herpes infection.
