Fully automatic with cleaning program
- Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for use
Fully automatic with powder compartment
- Place the tablet in the compartment for ground coffee, place a cup under the spout, start the brewing process for the ground coffee. After 1/2 cup of water has run through, switch off the device for 8 minutes (main switch), then switch it on again and end the run. Repeat this brewing process (without the tablet) at least 3 times. Then remove the brew group and rinse well under clear water. Before using the device again, allow two more cups of water to run through without using ground coffee
Devices without a powder compartment (e.g. pad machines)
- Dissolve the tablet in a bowl of warm water. Remove the brew group. Clean the filters and outlet channel with the prepared cleaning solution and a sponge or brush, leave to work for 5 minutes. Repeat the cleaning process at least 3 times. Then rinse the brew group well under clear water and reinsert it. To clean the drip tray (for the above device types), place a tablet in the drip tray and fill it 2/3 full with warm water. Exposure time approx. 30 minutes, then rinse off well
portafilter devices
- Switch off the device and let it cool down before cleaning (risk of burns). Remove the brew head, filters and portafilter and place in a container. Add tablet and fill up with warm water. After an exposure time of 30 minutes, rinse all parts under clear water and reinsert. Before using the device, pour a cup of water through it
Thermos containers / coffee pots
- Put the tablet in a thermos or coffee pot, fill 2/3 with warm water and leave on for 30 minutes; then rinse well
