Up to 70% of our immune system is in our intestines. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to keep them healthy. The composition of the human microbiome also changes over time. The type and amount of bacteria in the flora of a child cannot therefore be compared with that of an elderly person.
From the age of 12 you can take Bactiol Plus, which contains a high dose of live bacteria.
1 capsule contains vitamin A, which is needed to maintain normal mucous membranes, e.g. B. in the intestine, and vitamin D to support the natural defenses.
In addition, 1 capsule contains a high dose, namely 25 billion live bacteria, from 2 bacterial strains (mixture of L. acidophilus NCFM and B. lactis Bi-07).
