Why healthy sleep is so important
Adequate sleep is extremely important for everyone. Sleep is the basis for regeneration, well-being and health. If there is no nocturnal regeneration due to sleep disorders, physical or mental problems can occur.

Most adults need between seven and eight hours of sleep. More important than how long you sleep, however, is that you are rested and recovered in the morning. Some people feel tired and listless even after a supposedly good night's sleep - in many cases a first sign of sleep problems.

Lack of sleep makes you ill
Too little sleep weakens the immune system, because many immune-active substances are released during sleep. That is why lack of sleep increases the risk of getting sick. Chronic insomnia can also increase the risk of developing depression or diabetes. The skin also suffers from a lack of sleep: Pale skin and dry, reddened eyes speak for themselves.

Because of their possible health effects, sleeping problems should not be underestimated and should definitely be taken seriously. The natural drug Neurexan® promotes falling asleep and staying asleep. Taken in the evening, the active ingredient combination of passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), flowering oats (Avena sativa), dried coffee seeds (Coffea arabica) and zinc salt of valerianic acid (Zincum isovalerianicum) has a relaxing and calming effect and promotes restful sleep. The drug is very well tolerated and can be taken alongside other preparations. Neurexan® has no potential for addiction and does not cause drowsiness the next morning ("hangover").

Sleep Tips:

• No sumptuous meals in the evening. These burden the digestion. Better: Enjoy light foods like soups, vegetables or just a cup of milk.
• Enjoy an aromatic foot bath. Dissolve soothing additives such as valerian or lemon balm in water with a maximum temperature of 38 degrees and bathe your feet in it for a maximum of 15 minutes.
• In the evening, no exciting crime thriller and no heated discussions with your partner: Exciting experiences in the evening prevent you from falling asleep relaxed.

Dosage and method of administration
It has proven useful to let one Neurexan® tablet dissolve under the tongue 1 to 3 times a day. In acute tension or stressful situations, you can let 1 tablet dissolve in your mouth every half hour to a full hour, up to a maximum of 6 times a day. If the symptoms improve, the frequency of administration should be reduced. It should not be taken for longer than 1 week without medical advice. In order to support the absorption of the active ingredients into the body, a time interval of 15 to 30 minutes should be observed between meals.
