Recommended dosage:
Take 1 tablet daily (200 µg selenium) in the morning on an empty stomach. In situations with a lower requirement, only 1/2 tablet (100 µg selenium) can be taken. Concomitant intake of food or beverages, especially if they contain vitamin C, can affect the availability of sodium selenite and should be avoided. Delayed consumption (at least 1 hour), on the other hand, no longer has any influence.

The specified recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.
