Pain gel with the active ingredient Diclofenac
The original Voltaren pain gel with diclofenac works in three ways: it stops pain, fights inflammation and accelerates healing. It combines the properties of a gel and a cream - absorbs quickly, cools and cares at the same time.
When applied, the active ingredient Diclofenac penetrates deep into the skin and concentrates specifically on the inflamed area. This is where the pain gel unfolds its proven triple effect.
The pain cream is recommended for pain relief and anti-inflammatory in the following cases:
- For acute muscle pain (e.g. in the back area)
- For acute strains, sprains or bruises as a result of blunt trauma, eg sports injuries and accidental injuries
- For pain in the soft tissues close to the joint (e.g. bursa, tendons, ligaments) in arthrosis of the knee and finger joints
- Inflammation of the tendon attachments in the area of the elbow, also known as tennis elbow or golfer's elbow
Application:
Apply Voltaren Pain Relief Gel three to four times a day, depending on the intensity of the pain. Depending on the size of the painful area to be treated, an amount the size of a cherry to a walnut is required. Then wash your hands.
Note: The active ingredient diclofenac can be harmful to the environment and should therefore not be discharged into wastewater. Please note the following information when using medicines containing diclofenac externally:
- After application, wipe hands with a paper towel and only wash afterwards. Always fold or change the paper towel so that product residue that has already been wiped off is not redistributed onto the skin. Dispose of paper towels in the trash.
- After application to the area to be treated, avoid contact with water for as long as possible, which also improves its effectiveness. If possible, let the product soak in before covering the part of the body with clothing.
- Always dispose of product residues with the residual waste.

Painful muscle and calf cramps are not only annoying, but can also be a sign of a magnesium deficiency. In order to effectively compensate for this, you should pay attention to a reasonable dosage and a high-quality active ingredient with magnesium preparations. We recommend Magnesium Diasporal 300 mg. The drinking granules, which taste slightly like orange, contain 300 mg magnesium per stick as pure organic magnesium citrate. Magnesium citrate also occurs as a building block in the body and is therefore very well tolerated and quickly active. One bag a day covers the need. For nocturnal calf cramps, we recommend taking it in the evening.
- Pain, swelling and inflammation of the musculoskeletal system, such as:
- Swelling and inflammation of the soft tissues near the joints (e.g. bursa, tendon sheaths, ligaments, inflammation in the muscle and capsule area)
- Arthrosis, especially of the large joints
- Arthrosis of the spine
- Sports and accidental injuries such as:
- bruises
- sprains and strains
The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
