Inhibits inflammation

Wobenzym accelerates the healing of inflammatory injuries and diseases such as activated arthrosis, phlebitis or swelling after injury.

Application:
6 - 12 tablets, e.g. B. 2×3 or 2×6 tablets daily. For an optimal effect, it should be taken outside of meals, at least 30 minutes before or at least 90 minutes after eating.

Indication :
- This is an anti-inflammatory medicine.
- It is used in adults as supportive treatment for
- Swelling, inflammation or pain as a result of injury
- superficial vein inflammation (thrombophlebitis)
- Inflammation of the urinary and genital tract (urogenital tract)
- Painful and activated arthroses (chronic joint wear) and
- Soft tissue rheumatism (disease with symptoms in the muscles, tendons, ligaments)
- The preparation has anti-inflammatory effects.
- This medicine contains active substances that also reduce swelling and fluid retention (oedema) in the tissues caused by inflammation or injury. The enzymes contained in this medicine also reduce blood clotting by increasing the time it takes for a blood clot to form.

Type of application?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for more than 2 weeks without medical advice.
overdose?
Overdose can cause diarrhea. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

- If you take more than you should
- slight diarrhea can occur, which usually does not require any additional treatment and disappears after the preparation is discontinued. If the diarrhea persists despite stopping the drug, contact a doctor immediately.
- If you forget to take a dose
- do not take a double dose, but continue your dosing schedule as usual.
- If you stop taking

- Adverse reactions after taking the preparation are usually temporary, but can also be a sign of too high a dose.
- Discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract can be avoided by spreading the dose over the day and by strictly observing the time of administration (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 90 minutes after a meal).
- Taking this medicine may change the texture, color or smell of the stool.
- If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This also applies to side effects that are not specified.
Interactions :
- Taking together with other medicines
- Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
- Concomitant administration of this preparation and antibiotics increases plasma and urine levels of antibiotics, especially tetracyclines, sulfonamides and amoxicillin. The dose of antibiotics will be adjusted accordingly by your doctor.
- You must not take the medicine if you are using other medicines that affect blood clotting. The inhibition of blood clotting can be increased if medicines that affect blood clotting are taken at the same time.
- Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Contraindications :

What should you consider?
- Before an operation - this also includes minor interventions such as tooth extraction - state how you are taking/using the medicine, as the bleeding time may be longer.
- Beware of allergies to pineapple, kiwi, melon and papaya!
- Beware of intolerance to lactose. If you have to follow a diabetic diet, you should consider the sugar content.
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicine you are already using before starting treatment with a new medicine.
