Symbioflor 1 - For the treatment of recurring diseases of the upper airways
These include inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, the pharyngeal tonsils and bronchitis.
The preparation contains the intestinal bacterium Enterococcus faecalis.
The bacterium Enterococcus faecalis has a natural training effect on the immune system. The majority of all immune cells are located in the gut. This is where invaders usually first come into contact with the immune system. The contact activates the immune cells and sets them off on a journey through the body; via the bloodstream they are distributed to the various mucous membranes. The bacteria not only boost the defenses in the gut, but also in the nasopharynx and bronchial tract.
