For the supportive treatment of irritable bowel syndrome
Indications:
Medical device for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, characterized by pain, swelling, bloating and abdominal discomfort, with or without changes in the appearance of the stool and digestive problems (constipation, diarrhea)
Mechanism of action:
Thanks to its protective mechanical effect, Doppelherz ® interacts physically with the intestinal mucosa in irritable bowel syndrome: It softens a mucoadhesive film that protects the mucous membrane from contact with irritants and at the same time helps to prevent the absorption of dangerous substances. Thanks to a physical mechanism, intestinal gases are absorbed and the typical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome are reduced.
Directions:
Take one tablet twice a day, between or before meals, as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
In acute pain, the dose can be doubled. Depending on the intensity of the disease, it is recommended to increase the duration of treatment from two to six weeks and to repeat the treatment in case of recurrent symptoms.
Notes:
Store in the original packaging at room temperature below 30°C in a cool, dry place protected from light.
Even if no side effects are known, it is recommended not to use the product during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age.
