SymbioLact® pur
SymbioLact® pur is a hypoallergenic dietary supplement containing lactic acid-forming bacteria and biotin.
The intestine represents the largest interface between the inner and outer world in our body. Food components and liquid enter and leave the body via its surface. At the same time, the intestinal barrier protects us from the ingress of pathogens. The intestinal mucosa plays an important role in maintaining the barrier function. At the same time, the intestine is the seat of our intestinal flora, an ecosystem made up of trillions of microorganisms.
SymbioLact® pur contains 30 µg biotin per sachet, which contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
SymbioLact® pur contains two strains of lactic acid-forming bacteria with a total activity of at least 10 billion CFU per sachet:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus,
- Bifidobacterium bifidum, subs. lactis
Many products containing lactic acid bacteria contain various allergens. Symbiolact® pur is free of lactose, gluten and milk protein and can therefore also be consumed by allergy sufferers.

A sachet of pure SymbioLact® contains:
- 30.0 µg Biotin - Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
- 72.0 mg Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5®)
- 19.0 mg Bifidobacterium bifidum, subsp. lactis (BB-12®)
The amount of biotin contained corresponds to 60 percent of the reference amount for daily intake according to LMIV (food information regulation).
The total activity of the lactic acid-producing bacteria is >1 x 10^10 CFU (colony forming units) per sachet.
Other ingredients are: maltodextrin, separating agent silicon dioxide, biotin
SymbioLact® pur is free from milk and soy protein, gluten and lactose and is therefore also suitable for people who suffer from milk intolerance or a milk allergy.

Recommended dosage:
Put the contents of one sachet in a glass 1-2 times a day, add non-carbonated water, stir and drink with the main meal.
Fruit juices are not suitable for making the drink.
