INBIOTYS® alflorex®
The intestinal wall plays an important role in the development of symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Even with the slightest disruption of the intestinal barrier, pollutants and foreign pathogens can penetrate the intestine and lead to irritation. Because of this, the intestines can become irritated and sensitive and the typical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome can occur, e.g. e.g.:

- stomach pain

Alflorex® with the unique bacterial strain Bifidobacterium longum (B. longum) 35624® reduces the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. The strain 35624® contained in Alflorex® belongs to the family of bacteria that occur naturally in the human gut and are passed from mother to child at birth. The bacterium travels through the digestive system and reaches the intestines alive.
Alflorex® treats the typical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome by forming a soothing and strengthening layer in the irritated bowel, thereby reducing disturbances in the intestinal wall. Alflorex® contains the bacterial strain Bifidobacterium longum 35624®. The other ingredients are: corn starch; magnesium stearate; hypromellose.
INDICATIONS
Alflorex® is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome with symptoms such as bloating, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea and constipation.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Always take Alflorex® according to these directions for use to ensure effective use. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure how to follow the instructions for taking Alflorex® and follow their recommendation. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Alflorex® can be taken at any time of the day, regardless of meals. Swallow the capsules whole with plenty of liquid (e.g. with a glass of water or milk instead of acidic drinks such as fruit juice). The product is intended for oral use.
Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624® strain. It is recommended to mix Alflorex® with water or milk or less acidic liquids such as B. soy, almond or rice drinks. However, Alflorex® can be taken with a meal where fruit juice is drunk, as the food will help protect the Alflorex® culture. Because Bifidobacterium longum 35624® is a strain of bacteria, it can be inactivated by antibiotic treatment. However, it is recommended to continue taking Alflorex® during antibiotic treatment. However, during antibiotic treatment, the daily dose of Alflorex should not be taken at the same time as the antibiotic.
FREQUENCY OF APPLICATION
Take 1 capsule of Alflorex® daily for 1 month. It is important that you take Alflorex® every day throughout the period. Alflorex® works immediately and starts protecting your gut where it is needed. In the first 2 weeks, the product will help normalize your digestive system. The first symptom relief should be noticeable after about 1 to 2 weeks of regular use of Alflorex®. In rare cases it may take more than 1 month (possibly 2-3 months) before the gut is adequately protected by Alflorex®. Alflorex® stays in your gut for as long as you take it. It works in the gut and is then excreted naturally through the stool. By taking one capsule of Alflorex® every day, you can ensure your gut stays protected.
