SymbioLact® A
SymbioLact® A is a dietary supplement containing biotin and a strain of lactic acid-forming bacteria. These bacteria belong to the representatives of the intestinal flora.
The bacteria contained in SymbioLact® A are freeze-dried. As soon as they come into contact with water, they can absorb it, become active and reproduce.
In addition to the lactic acid bacteria, SymbioLact® A contains the vitamin biotin (30 μg per sachet). Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and plays an important role in the metabolism of body cells.
In particular, very active tissues such as the mucous membranes of the body need biotin so that cell division processes can take place in a regulated manner. The intestinal mucosa is the largest mucous membrane in the body. It regenerates completely every 2 to 3 days. In order to be able to maintain this enormous metabolic performance over the long term, it is necessary for the body to be well supplied with all the nutritional components that are important for building new tissue structures.
The largest amount of biotin comes from the daily diet. Smaller amounts are produced by the gut flora and contribute to the total, supplementing the daily amount of biotin absorbed from food.
An increased need for biotin can arise in particular when taking various medications, such as antibiotics.

Recommended dosage:
Put the contents of one sachet in a glass 1-2 times a day, add non-carbonated water, stir and drink with the main meal.
Fruit juices are not suitable for making the drink.
