Innovall® RDS contains a bacterial culture that occurs naturally in the human intestine. It is the patented Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (Lp299v®) in a high concentration of 10 billion reproductive germs per capsule. The high number of active intestinal bacteria and the effect proven in scientific studies make Innovall® RDS a valuable preparation for diet management in irritable bowel syndrome.
What is Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
Irritable bowel syndrome is a functional disorder of the intestine. People with irritable bowel syndrome suffer from constant or recurring intestinal problems. Characteristic of irritable bowel syndrome
- Abdominal pain, feeling of pressure, especially in the lower abdomen, and feeling of fullness
- bloating and flatulence
- Diarrhea or constipation, often both in alternation

The excellent suitability for irritable bowel syndrome was confirmed in a placebo-controlled study with over 200 patients. The typical symptoms such as abdominal pain, flatulence and diarrhea were demonstrably improved.
When should Innovall® RDS be used?
If you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome with the typical symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence and/or bloated stomach, it is recommended to take it immediately when the symptoms occur.
For a lasting effect, take Innovall® RDS for at least 4 - 12 weeks. Innovall® RDS is suitable for long-term use.
If antibiotics are taken, it is recommended to take Innovall® RDS three hours before or after.

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 Innovall® RDS capsule daily with some liquid.
For children aged 3 and over, stir the contents of one capsule into some liquid for easier consumption.

The specified recommended daily amount must not be exceeded.
